Yes! We encourage all our clients to attend the inspection. If you can not come for the whole inspection, we highly encourage you come for the last half hour.

We typically start with the exterior first, then work our way into the house from top to bottom.

You will recieve a detailed photo report within 24-48 hours. That is our guarantee time frame, but we really aim to send it over as soon as possible.
